Rohnil Plastic Wheel Chocks are manufactured from UV-stabilised, chemical resistant thermoplastic through injection moulding. Our Rubber Wheel Chocks are made from monolithic EPDM rubber with zero metal components. Our Jumbo JWC Series uses UV-stabilised polyurethane.

Segment type rubber chocks are assembled from multiple rubber pieces with metal nuts and bolts — leading to rusting, sparking risks, and segment separation under pressure. Rohnil's fully moulded (monolithic) EPDM chocks have zero metal parts, higher impact strength, longer lifespan, lower weight, and zero maintenance cost. Yes. The Rohnil R-560 Plastic Wheelchock is the first plastic wheel chock in India to conform to DIN 76051 "Chocks for motor vehicles, semitrailers and towings" (November 1992). It is also ARAI certified to 7 Ton capacity per chock, and approved by TATA Motors.

For Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (MHCV), we recommend the R-560 Plastic Wheelchock or the L-Shape Rubber Wheelchock. The R-560 is DIN 76051-53 certified, ARAI certified to 7 Ton, and TATA Motors approved. For very heavy vehicles (construction, mining), consider the JWC Jumbo Series.

Yes. Rohnil is the first manufacturer in India to produce Monolithic EPDM Rubber Wheel Chocks with zero metal — required for aviation use. We supply Aircraft Wheel Chocks, 7"x24" and 7"x6" monolithic chocks for various aircraft types, and the RP-SC Hexagonal Safety Cone (750mm, 6Kg, EAGOSH standard) for airfields.

Yes. We manufacture wheel chocks to custom specifications — size, colour, and material. The JWC-03 Jumbo Series is available in Traffic Yellow, Orange, Red, or Military Green. The Adjustable Stand / Trolley (size: 109cm x 41cm x 41cm) is designed for use with the R-560 Plastic Wheelchock and L-Shape Rubber Wheelchock for MHCV vehicles. It eliminates the need to manually carry heavy chocks — improving driver safety and compliance with manual handling guidelines.

Lug Nut Indicators are small pointed tags fixed to the wheel nuts of large vehicles. When properly torqued, they are placed in a uniform pattern. If a nut loosens, its indicator rotates out of alignment — visible during a driver's walk-around check. This allows servicing before dangerous wheel detachment can occur.
