Plastic Wedges | For Stabilizing Large Drums, Coils

We have introduced first time in India “Plastic Wedges” they will be used for stabilizing large Drums, Coils. These are Injection moulded from durable U.V. stabilized & chemical resistant plastic these Wedges are tough & lightweight. These Thermoplastic Wedges are indigenously designed & is manufactured in Indian using best Polymers. It is stronger lighter & Easy to handle. They are ideal for dunnage to be used in Roll, Drums whilst enroute onto vehicles, trucks, containers. i.e. for stabilizing & prevention of movement/ displacement. Wooden wedges are presently used. They are susceptible to termites, bore, and insect. Further they need to be fumigated or treated. With depleting forest & timber wood will be in short supply & getting costlier day by day. Wooden Wedges does not give the desired radius during manufacturing; hence load cannot be dissipated evenly. This leads to pressure on one side & get lifted on one side

R-560 Plastic Wheelchock | For Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicles

We have First time in INDIA developed New Plastic wheel chocks which Conforms to DIN 76051-53 Specifications. The Plastic Wheel chock is according to norm DIN 76051 “Chocks for motor vehicles, semitrailers and towings” (Version November 1992). DETAILS: Plastic Wheel Chocks are practical, strong and lightweight. Their main purpose is for vehicle stabilisation. To be used on vehicles to prevent the chances of moving on hills or slopes. Used frequently on large, truck, lorry and trailer. Commonly used for large heavy vehicles which are being used either during loading or unloading, servicing of vehicle. The wheel chock is used as a security measure in event of brake failure. The ADR* requirement at 8.1.5 (a) is “for each vehicle (of a transport unit), at least one chock of a size suitable to the weight of the vehicle and to the diameter of the wheels. *ADR is the term used to describe the “European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. Our R-560 Wheel chock is approved by TATA Motors, Certified to 7 Tons Weight by ARAI.

Rail Wheelchock

We have developed a new rail wheel stopper as shown in the attached picture, this stopper is used on railway tracks. This wheel stopper was tested & used for railway track rolling stock which are equipped with the wheel of 840 mm dia. Presently wooden skid blocks are being used for the same purpose. We have successfully taken trial with our new designed new Spark Proof Polymer Material Wedge. The weight per wheel load comes from ladle transfer car was 35 Tons. We have provided the Radius/ curved shape in this chock fore snugly fitting of Rail wheel chocks. Wheel chock can withstand: 40 Ton Weight.

RP 20-30, Adjustable Loose Lug Nut Indicator

Adjustable Loose wheel Lug Nut indicators are small pointed tags, usually made of Yellow, orange or green plastic, which are fixed to the lug nuts of the wheels of large vehicles. The tag rotates along with the nut, and if the nut becomes loose, the point of the tag shifts noticeably out of alignment with the other tags. If too many lug nuts are loosened, the wheel can detach from the wheel stud. Loose wheel nut indicators allow identification of loose lug/nuts before this can occur. ROHNIL® RP 20-30 is a loose lug nut indicator that can identify loose lug/ nuts with a simple visual inspection. When the lug nuts are properly torqued to specs, the Lug Nut indicators are then placed on the lug nuts in a uniform pattern. If a lug nut has loosened, the Wheel-Check will become out of sequence. It will be visible when the driver does round about and walk around check. The wheel can then be serviced.
